Hoooowever, please do check the Help and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) first. There are a handful of questions that I literally get asked eeevery day. Particularly if you're having trouble with the new enhanced results format, check out this section of the help file.

Also, if you think other people might have the same question, you could check (and post) in the forums.

Of course, if something in the FAQ isn't clear, or your question isn't answered in the forums, ooor you're just lonely and want to send an email, feel free!
